I don’t want you to be discouraged.
As I work with clients on improving their health, I try to focus on just that. So many are driven by cleanses, pounds lost, amount of sweat they can produce. And, then after the first few weeks, they are woe out!!
Whatever you’ve decided to do this year……keep the focus on Better Health!!
When you do that you change your paradigm and you will be amazed at how so many more aspects of your health have changed!! I watched it in my own life. I made lifestyle changes in the middle of the year to address my breast cancer diagnosis. Nine months later, a review of my medical records proved that my breast cancer markers had been going in the right direction the whole time. Down at 6 months and further down at 9.
BUT!!!! What I didn’t expect was the improved energy and weight loss and disappearance of migraine headaches and improved digestion/elimination and periods going from 10 days to 2 and no more fibrocystic breasts and really improved mood and better stress management and amazing sex!! Ohhhhh Myyyyyy Goodness!!!!
And, when my patients start making better choices about how they eat and sleep and exercise and work and interact with others and focus on their spiritual selves, they say the same thing. And, they are not so discouraged. And, the changes are longer lasting. And, the medications are reduced. And, the bloodwork is improved. And, their overall HEALTH is much improved, because they make lifestyle changes.
